Carly Jones

Registered Nutritionist & Founder

Carly Jones is a registered nutritionist, personal trainer and health coach with over 20 years experience in the food and nutrition industry. She has helped hundreds of women achieve their wellness goals, from weight management and improved metabolic health to reversing type 2 diabetes, managing stress and emotional eating. Carly has a first-class degree in Human Nutrition, a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has undertaken training in behaviour change practices. She is accredited with the AfN (Association for Nutrition), and CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).

Sarah Bayliss

Registered Nutritional Therapist & Founder

Sarah Bayliss is a registered nutritional therapist and author of 'Do Nourish: How to Eat for Resilience,' specialising in metabolic health, stress management, and sustaining high energy levels. With 15 years of corporate experience, she brings a unique understanding of how to create practical health solutions for busy professionals. Sarah is certified by the world-renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Institute for Functional Medicine, and is a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
